SCA project management policy
1. Purpose & scope
This policy sets the binding rules for SCA project management policy across every sector, general directorate and branch of the Authority, for staff and contractors alike.
2. Roles & responsibilities
Owner: approves and reviews the policy yearly
EPMO: monitors compliance and reports
Project managers: apply it and record exceptions
3. Rules
No project moves phase without a recorded gate decision
Status reports are due on the fifth of every month
