With reference to contract ⁦SCA/2024/003⁩, progress has fallen to ⁦68%⁩ against ⁦92%⁩ planned and the supply of the new wing’s central air-conditioning units has stopped. This letter is formal notice of default under the contract.

Submit a corrective plan approved by your senior management within fourteen days, failing which the Authority will act as the law allows, including withdrawing the work.
