2Justification
The problem or need
Branch managers in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al-Khobar report crowded reception areas on skills-test days — contractors and trainees wait in the corridors outside the halls — and 140 formal complaints were logged in 2025.
Today
Reception areas in the existing branches hold only 40% of peak attendance, with no calling screens or service desks near the halls.
3Objectives
- Redesign contractor waiting areas in 14 existing branches and centres with proper halls and calling screens tied to the test and appointment schedules by 2029.
Strategic objectives served
- SO-3.3 — A better contractor experience and service quality
4Expected benefits
| Kind | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Satisfaction | Contractor satisfaction with branch service up 6 points |
| Time saved | Waiting time before an appointment or test down 40% |
| Productivity | Tests start on time with electronic calling |

6Initial risks
