We submit a financial claim of SAR ⁦14,200,000⁩ for the additional works arising from variation ⁦7⁩ — the practical-training hall and skills-test workshop fit-out added after concept design approval — together with a request for a ⁦150-day⁩ extension of time.

The bill of quantities and the time-impact analysis are attached; we ask that the claim be considered under the contract.
