The Authority is building its headquarters in Riyadh; the conference & exhibition building and the zone-4 car parks on the site clash with the existing 132 kV high-voltage line over 2.4 km.
We ask you to approve the proposed diversion route and confirm the cost and duration; the Authority will bear the diversion costs under the regulations.
