⁦1⁩. Purpose

Bring the Authority’s e-services for contractors into Muqawil as one journey — from registration, membership and renewal to certificates, qualification programmes, model contracts and project registration — connected to the national platforms, the commercial register, Balady and Etimad, cutting the time to issue a membership and the cost of every transaction — delivering the strategic objective «simplify regulatory relationships and make doing business easier».
