2Justification
The problem or need
Neither project owners nor the ministry see the progress of registered building projects except through scattered paper reports, and a contractor has no documented delivery record to show in tenders.
Today
70% of progress data on registered projects arrives a month or more late, and no sector indicators on delivery times are published.
3Objectives
- A national project tracking platform where owners, contractors and the ministry share the progress of registered projects, feeding each contractor’s delivery record and the sector indicators.
Strategic objectives served
- SO-2.3 — Transparency and open sector information
4Expected benefits
